What is HUSO? HUSO (Human Sound) is a cutting edge and patented sound frequency therapy that re-balances the autonomic nervous system. It is also meditative and relaxing and activates higher levels of healing, thus creating a treatment for the body, mind, and spirit.

OUR 16 PROGRAMS:

You might choose INTEGRATE if:

  • You have been immersed in mental pursuits, leaving you no time to check in with your body or spirit.

  • You feel afraid, as if something “bad” might happen if you allow yourself to relax.

 

TRANSCEND may be the perfect program for you if:

  • You are stuck in a mind loop.

  • You have lost the ability to access feelings of magic and wonder.

  • You feel trapped in a world that seems grey and lifeless.

  • You are experiencing despair, disillusion or hopelessness.

  • You are having difficulty finding an acceptable way out of a seemingly impossible situation.

  • You have lost touch with your numinous, limitless spirit.

  • You feel held hostage by beliefs or ways of looking at the world that you have outgrown but can’t seem to release.

  • Life has become heavy and filled with worry, and you can’t find a way to lift yourself out of these feelings.

EXPAND can be especially useful if:

  • You feel like you’re stuck in a rut. Most of us can recall a time when we felt a little bored with our circumstances or knew we wanted change but weren’t sure exactly what change would serve us best. This can be a great time to run on EXPAND during your HUSO sessions.

  • You feel less motivated or productive than you’d like to be. The tones in EXPAND are very energizing, and may be just what you need to find that spark to get things done.

  • You’d like to achieve a higher state of awareness or consciousness.

  • Would you like to be really good at thinking “two steps ahead,” so you can anticipate possible issues before they occur? EXPAND heightens your sense of awareness, allowing you to “read a room” more effectively and gain more from your experiences.

  • You want to understand people better and respond more effectively in relationships. When we’ve reached a place of expanded consciousness, we can more readily listen to others and respond, rather than react, to what they have to say. This can-do wonders to improve relationships!

 

You might try running on GROUND if:

  • You’re grappling with conflicting emotions about a person or situation. GROUND can help bring you back to your place of confidence to better understand and process those emotions.

  • You feel like you’re being pulled in a lot of different directions. Taking 30 minutes every day or two to run on GROUND can restore a sense of peace and connection.

  • You feel like you’re “sweating the small stuff” more than usual. When you’re not feeling grounded, little upsets and inconveniences can feel like they’re really taking a toll. By helping you regain a sense of mindfulness, presence, and confidence, GROUND can reduce the effect that small snafus have on your emotional state.

  • You feel “dis-associated”, anxious, or as if your energy is fragmented and flying around everywhere but where it should be: grounded and centered in your body. The low frequency harmonics in GROUND allow you to come back to center, calming and stabilizing body, mind and spirit.

You might try running on RELIEF if: 

  • You’ve just run a marathon. Along with proper rest and healthy nutrition, RELIEF can help your body bounce back faster after physical endeavors.

  • You feel achy or stiff and lethargic. Long drives or days as a desk jockey can leave the body stiff and cranky. If you can’t move around as much as you like, you may also have poofy, swollen feet. RELIEF can help your body move the “gunk” out and lessen the aches and pains.

  • You’ve sustained an injury (with the exception of a head injury). RELIEF can be very helpful for reducing inflammation without interfering with your body’s natural healing response.   • You are ready for sleep but need help to relax the body and mind. The CALM program will help you achieve the deeper relaxation needed for sleep. 

  • You’ve been experiencing some insomnia recently. 

  • You sense that your sleep cycle is off and you need a reset.

If you are feeling any of the following, you might try running on SERENITY:

  • You have a lot to accomplish but you need to make sense of it all. Taking 30 minutes to run SERENITY will provide a revitalizing experience allowing you to reconnect to your mind-body

  • You want to recharge your batteries. SERENITY creates a state of calm and peace while helping you to access the uncluttered mind and energy needed to get things done..

  • You need a break from screen time and social media. SERENITY is an excellent program when you want to get away from it all and clear mental clutter and cultivate inner peace.

You might especially benefit from CLARITY if you are:

  • Experiencing brain fog

  • Starting a big project at work or home (e.g., you are about to buy a house or hire new employees, etc.)

  • Preparing for an important event, such as a wedding, new job, or “A” race
